Women’s Circles

What are they?
Women have been gathering in circles since the beginning of time to share experiences, stories, thoughts, ideas and prayers.

Circles are beautifully simple and powerful. They are judgment-free zones, a safe environment where we can be our truly selves to heal, renew, and empower one another, bringing positive changes to our lives. The meetings create a new level of sisterhood that amplifies our individual evolution and collective transformation.

How do they work
We gather in a circle with no more than 12 women, excluding facilitators. Once the theme is presented, we allow time for sharing and we also conduct activities to explore the theme even further.

Our meetings go from 2 to 3 hours, allowing each participant enough time to share and engage in the group activities. Each unique perspective is valued and recognized as we know that each vital piece enriches the whole. Meditation practices are often an important part of the meetings.

Emotional Support Program for Mums

This unique program provides Mums and Mums to be with support and understanding with the emotional challenges that come with motherhood.

Mums and mums to be learn strategies and tools to best deal with anxiety, fears and all the uncertainties that children bring into our lives. All of this with love, acceptance and a little dose of humour.

Men’s Circles

What are men’s circles?
Circles are beautifully simple and powerful. The meetings create a new level of manhood that amplifies our individual evolution and collective transformation.

How do our circles work?
We gather in a circle and present the topic for discussion. We open a safe space for sharing and we also conduct activities to explore the theme further.

Our meetings go from 2 hours, allowing each participant enough time to share and engage in the group activities. Each unique perspective is valued and recognized as we know that each vital piece enriches the whole. Meditation practices are often an important part of the meetings.
